Update T2031 assisted living rates, increase T2002 transportation annual limits (Level 1: $7,530, Level 2: $8,255, Level 3: $8,980), correct A9279 waiver association to FSW only, add missing modifiers for G0151 and update T2016 residential habilitation rates. Verify all claims since July 1, 2023 used correct rates to avoid underpayment or overpayment issues.
