Summary
Indiana Medicaid is transitioning prior authorization and utilization management services from current vendors to Kepro effective July 1, 2023. Providers must complete training on Kepro's new Atrezzo Provider Portal system to submit prior authorizations for non-pharmacy services.
Action Required
By June 30, 2023: All Indiana Medicaid providers must register for and attend mandatory Atrezzo Provider Portal training sessions. Administrators must complete 30-minute Portal Administrator Training to manage users and NPIs. All staff submitting prior authorizations must complete 60-minute System Training to learn the new portal functions. Register at provided links and attend one session per training type. Failure to complete training will prevent submission of prior authorization requests after July 1, 2023.
