Immediately: Billing team must update fee schedules in billing system to reflect new Indiana Medicaid home health rates effective July 1, 2021. Verify that claims for services provided from July 1, 2021 forward use the updated rates shown in Table 1. Ensure Traditional Medicaid home health claims continue to be submitted via IHCP Provider Portal, 837I electronic transaction, or UB-04 paper form with appropriate overhead amounts and procedure codes.
