Action Required
By April 1, 2021: FQHC and RHC billing teams must stop using Zotec platform for Medicaid COVID-19 vaccine administration billing. Update billing system to use POS code 71 with vaccine administration codes 0001A, 0002A, 0011A, 0012A on professional claims without T1015 encounter code. Continue using Zotec for commercial insurance patients. Claims submitted with T1015 will be denied with EOB 6096.
