Use diagnosis code Z20.828 for suspected cases, B97.29 for confirmed cases March 1-31 2020, and U07.1 for confirmed cases after April 1 2020. Update billing system rules to apply BLS rates automatically with these code combinations. Resubmit eligible claims from March 1 2020 forward within 180 days, attaching this bulletin for claims beyond original filing limits.
