BCBSRI is transitioning from Clear Coverage platform to new MHK system for prior authorization requests effective September 23, 2019. Both outpatient providers and hospitals must use the new MHK tool instead of current platforms for entering prior authorizations.

By September 23, 2019: All staff must transition from Clear Coverage platform to new MHK system for entering prior authorization requests. Contact Provider Relations at ProviderRelationsSeminars@bcbsri.org to schedule mandatory training before go-live date. Failure to transition will disrupt prior authorization workflow.
