Summary
BCBSRI is implementing a new procedure for skilled nursing facilities (SNF) to submit pharmacy reimbursement requests starting October 1, 2018. All requests must be emailed to snf_rx@BCBSRI.org using a typed form with one email per claim.

For SNF pharmacy claims only: Submit reimbursement requests via email to snf_rx@BCBSRI.org using the required typed form (no handwritten entries). Submit one email per claim. Download the SNF Pharmacy Reimbursement Request Form from BCBSRI provider portal.
