Agreement

These Terms govern your use of PolicyChanges. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you are using PolicyChanges on behalf of an organization, you agree on its behalf.

PolicyChanges is an informational tool, not legal, billing, or compliance advice. Always verify policy changes against the payer’s official source before acting.

Using the service

You may use PolicyChanges to monitor payer policy changes relevant to your practice. You agree not to scrape, resell, or redistribute our content, attempt to disrupt the service, or use it to violate any law or payer agreement.

Accuracy & disclaimer

We work hard to surface accurate, timely policy changes, but payer sources change frequently and we cannot guarantee completeness or accuracy. AI-generated summaries may contain errors. You are responsible for confirming any change against the linked source document before relying on it.

Billing & trials

  • The individual free trial provides full access for 30 days with no credit card required.
  • Team plans start with a 30-day free trial. A payment method is collected at signup and the first charge occurs when the trial ends; cancel before then and you will not be charged. During a team trial, the team is limited to its 3 included seats.
  • Paid plans renew monthly until cancelled. You can cancel anytime — individual plans from your preferences, team plans from the team billing portal (owner only).
  • Team plans include 3 seats. Additional seats are billed at the published per-seat rate: inviting someone is free, and the seat charge begins — prorated for the remainder of the billing period — when the invitation is accepted. Removing a member credits the unused time on the next invoice; billed seats never drop below the 3 included.

Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. On termination, your saved searches and alert history are removed.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PolicyChanges is provided “as is,” and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for billing decisions made in reliance on the service.
